Convention registration for the 2022 GFWC Annual Convention closed on May 31.

Registration Cancellation Deadlines

While tour registrations cannot be canceled, portions of other Convention registrations can be canceled as follows:

• June 13–50% Refund
• June 14 and after–No Refund

Read the full cancellation policy. Please notify GFWC by email as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration.

The Tours, Service Project, and Friends of Convention donations are not cancellable.

All-Aboard Attendee

Early-Bird: $635/Regular: $650

Pay one discounted price for registration and meals! Included at this price is your general $160 registration, all four banquets (Friday-Monday), two luncheons (Saturday and Monday), and one breakfast (Sunday). A great way to experience all the excitement of Convention. A $30 savings! Includes additional gift (one raffle sheet). Any additional events may also be selected at an additional cost. Session-Change Deadlines

The deadline to change sessions, meals or other activities requiring sign up in advance, is June 6. Please contact us by email (GFWC@GFWC.org) or by phone (202-347-2937) to change sessions.

Late Registration: If registering after May 31, all meals are subject to an additional charge of $10/meal.

COVID-19 Vaccination

The city of New Orleans requires that guests five(5) and over either provide proof of:

• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status, or
• Test negative for COVID-19 within 72 hours before arriving into the city.

As part of the registration process in the Member Portal, there is an option for you to upload a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card. Please note that the total file size uploaded, including the card of your spouse or other guests, cannot exceed over three(3) megabites. Convention attendees will also need to bring a physical vaccine card or a photo/photocopy of the vaccine card. Please note that fully vaccinated requires that the final dose of the guest’s vaccine was administered at least 14 days prior to the event.
